A few details help.

Include your macOS version, KeyFlip version, the app where it happened and a short, non-sensitive example of the expected result. Do not send passwords, keys or private server commands.

Permission appears enabled, but KeyFlip is not ready.

Check that the permission belongs to the same copy you opened. Locally rebuilt apps can need renewed macOS permission. Contact support if the application still shows that access is needed.
